ICWO organised a student’s orientation on POSH Act on 15th February 2024. POSH expert trainer Ms.D.Mercy oriented the students at ICWO Head Office, Anna Nagar West, Chennai.

During her orientation she told, At present we provide PoSH / ICC Technical Assistance to various companies & institution.She mentioned that POSH Act can also be started in Colleges and educational institutions keeping in mind women’s safety. College which participated are DG Vaishnav College, Arumbakkam, Chennai, Nazareth College, Avadi, Chennai and   Thiruthangal Nadar College, Selaivayal, Chennai is an Arts and Science College.

Terms:- 

1.         ICWO – PTA charge an annual fees of Rs.90,000/- we give discount of 33%.  The discount price will be Rs.60,000/- (Untill 31st March 2024).

 

2.        PoSH Women ICWO External Member sitting fees (Rs.4500) Net + travel arrangement by Company per day this includes formation of ICC-Internal Complaint Committee, orientation of top officials on PoSH, to conduct regular ICC meetings and to prepare ICC Annual Report for the submission to the local authority by the company/institution.

 

3.        2 or 3 Resource Person will conduct the training program for the employees. 1 or maximum 2 training programs will be conducted in a day for the employees.  For the outstation; travel, accommodation need to take care by the company and pay Rs.1000/- as perdium per day per person.

 

4.        Expense to develop policy documents, training module, conduct training and awareness activities to be barred by the company.

 

5.        Contract term period of minimum 3 years.

Award ceremony to honour outstanding achievements

An award evening ceremony titled “PURASKARA SANDHYA 2023” organised by Indian Magic Academy was held in a grand magical manner on 3 rd September 2023 at Madras Kerala Samajam Hall, Chennai.   Film star Seema inaugurated the award ceremony. The chief guest, Hon. Minister of Tamil Nadu Shri. P. K. Shekar Babu along with actress Seema jointly distributed the Mantrika Shrestha Award, Mantrika Ratna Award, and the Overall Contribution Awards at the event. The event was presided over by Shri E.
