Chennai, May 7th, 2022: Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital, Karapakkam organised a blissful pregnancy programme for expectant parents that covers from early pregnancy to early motherhood. The programme aims to boost confidence and preparedness for pregnancy with more ease and be ready for childbirth and new-born care. The pogramme has been designed as interactive workshops, sessions offering a remarkably seamless experience from conception to birth. Expectant parents were connected to a smart team of doctors and medical specialists who gave cutting-edge information and recommendations on topics such as prenatal nutrition, changes in the body throughout pregnancy, phases of labour, pain management during labour, and Lamaze techniques.
