South India Doesn't Need to Catch Up on Protein, It's Already There

New consumer research turns attention back to one of the country's most complete, accessible and affordable sources of protein: the dairy already sitting in most Indian kitchens. A glass of milk, a bowl of curd, a cube of paneer, each carries meaningful, easily absorbed protein, and few parts of the country lean on this everyday source as naturally as South India already does. The bigger opportunity lies in awareness. Even as more Indians actively look to build protein into their daily diet, a nationwide survey of urban, high-income households found that nearly three in four respondents were protein deficient, and that ninety-three percent could not correctly state how much protein an adult needs each day, despite the Indian Council of Medical Research recommending 0.66 to 0.83 grams per kilogram of body weight for a healthy adult. Swiggy launches dedicated customer support and helpline to address food safety concerns

Swiggy , India's pioneering on-demand convenience platform reinforced its commitment to food safety with the roll-out of two dedicated features for enhanced customer support. Swiggy has launched a dedicated 24x7 helpline for customers to report any food safety related concerns. Customers can call at 7948231850 and report concerns. In addition to this, Swiggy also introduced a dedicated ‘Food Safety’ channel within its in-app Help section, giving customers a clear and accessible way to report concerns associated with their orders. With the dedicated section in the app, customers can share their concerns via a short message and upload relevant pictures. Customers will get a ticket number to follow up on the status of their complaint.
