Youth Convention on Anti Human Trafficking to be held on 28th July 2023 at Egmore, Chennai

"Youth Convention on Anti Human Trafficking" will be organized to observe World Day Against Trafficking in Persons" on 28th July 2023, between 10:00a.m to 04:30p.m at ICSA - Jivana Jyoti, 107, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai-08 (Opp to Government Chennai Museum).Welcome and purpose of the convention will be explained by Mr.A.J.Hariharan, Secretary – ICWO.

The chief guest, Honorable Tmt.J.Sridevi, Chairman/District Judge. Permanent Lok Adalat will deliver the inaugural address. The Key note address will be rendered by Honorable Tmt.R.Tamilselvi, Secretary/Senior Civil Judge - DLSA

Special address will be given by Tmt.A Jayalaksmi, Assistant Commissioner Labour 1 (Enforcement) and Dr.T.Arul Roncalli, Programme Manager - HSF India.

Vote of thanks will be by Ms.Praveena Solomon,State Co-ordinator, ICWO-HSF Project.

The convention jointly organised by ICWO - Indian Community Welfare Organisation, DLSA-District Legal Services Authority Chennai & Department of Labour, Government of Tamilnadu & Supported by HSF India - Hanns Seidel Foundation.

Award ceremony to honour outstanding achievements

An award evening ceremony titled “PURASKARA SANDHYA 2023” organised by Indian Magic Academy was held in a grand magical manner on 3 rd September 2023 at Madras Kerala Samajam Hall, Chennai.   Film star Seema inaugurated the award ceremony. The chief guest, Hon. Minister of Tamil Nadu Shri. P. K. Shekar Babu along with actress Seema jointly distributed the Mantrika Shrestha Award, Mantrika Ratna Award, and the Overall Contribution Awards at the event. The event was presided over by Shri E.
