Dr.Augustine Roy Rozario, in his address stated that the NDA led Central Government  needs to correct the erroneous 2011 Census enumeration of 296 Anglo-Indians done by the previous Government and restore the Special Reservation for Nomination of Anglo-Indians to Parliament and State Assemblies under Article 334(b),which was unconstitutionally  and arbitrarily discontinued under the 104th Constitutional Amendment Act and extend the Anglo-Indian Nominations also for a further period of 10 years till 26th January' 2030,as the four Lakhs Minority  Anglo-Indian Community are presently unrepresented in many States(except Karnataka and Jharkhand)and in Lok-Sabha, which goes against the UN Resolution 47/35 directing Member States to protect Minorities based on national; ethnic; cultural; religious and linguistic identity.

Dr.Augustine Roy Rozario had highlighted the important need of the Tami Nadu State Government to consider -restore the post of Inspector of Anglo-Indian Schools in DPI Campus and restoration of one seat for the Anglo-Indian students in Engineering Courses which was discontinued since 2002. Last by not the least the Anglo-Indian Suburban Front Members suggested that the Church authorities should be addressed to maintain a separate Register to enumerate the Anglo-Indian families under their Parish.
