“Poems to Ruminate,” A collection of 100 poems by Fr. Jose V Thomas

 

“Poems to Ruminate” is a wonderful collection of 100 poems, penned by Fr. Jose V Thomas, priest of the Archdiocese of Madras-Mylapore. Fr.Jose V Thomas had a flare for poems from his school days.  Some of his best poems penned from 2009, finds a place in this book published. Fr Jose has dedicated this book to his respect worthy parents, family members and well-wishers.

The poems namely, Amazing Qualities, A myth called love, Musing on mother’s day, Moving with the flow, Seize that opportune time, Twists of Life, Post Modern Youth, The love of the Lord, Ode to the Valentines etc. are well written and will pull on your heartstrings and will leave you wanting more. Isidores' love story is shattered when his wife is revealed to be a liar, cheat and unfaithful

Isidore, a Belgian man, was adopted by a South Indian family in Mobdibri, Karnataka, and works at La Poste. Award ceremony to honour outstanding achievements

An award evening ceremony titled “PURASKARA SANDHYA 2023” organised by Indian Magic Academy was held in a grand magical manner on 3 rd September 2023 at Madras Kerala Samajam Hall, Chennai.   Film star Seema inaugurated the award ceremony. The chief guest, Hon. Minister of Tamil Nadu Shri. P. K. Shekar Babu along with actress Seema jointly distributed the Mantrika Shrestha Award, Mantrika Ratna Award, and the Overall Contribution Awards at the event. The event was presided over by Shri E.
