Kinder Joy unveils Limited-Edition DC-Inspired Funko POP! Collection in India

 Kinder Joy, the beloved confectionery brand from the house of Ferrero, has launched a limited-edition DC-inspired Funko POP!  collection for the first time in India.

This exciting collaboration, in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP), brings together the taste of Kinder Joy with the iconic DC universe, offering fans a chance to collect 9 action-packed Funko POP!   collection featuring their favorite Superheroes. Designed to spark imagination and storytelling, this collection is especially crafted for older kids who love the thrill of DC adventures.

Limited-edition Kinder Joy features a Funko POP!   collection inspired by the DC universe, a custom-designed DC-style pack, in addition to the current Kinder Joy range. 

For the first time ever, Kinder Joy introduces the Golden Batman Funko POP! collection, a limited-edition toy that unlocks a world of exciting rewards! To enter the contest, consumers need to hunt for the Golden Batman inside DC-inspired Kinder Joy packs. Lucky winners will get a chance to win cool DC-inspired merchandise every day, and one grand prize winner will enjoy a family trip to Warner Bros. Movie World in Australia! The new toys will include characters such as Batman, Flash, Catwoman & many more and will be available for a limited time in India. 

The collectables are housed in the iconic Kinder egg shape, with one half containing a delicious treat made of two layers of milky sweet creams topped with two crispy wafer bites filled with cocoa cream, and the other half of the egg holding the toy.

As part of this launch, Kinder Joy has released a new brand film that captures the excitement of discovery and play through the world of DC-inspired Funko POP! collectibles. To further amplify the experience, Kinder Joy will be making a thrilling appearance at Comic Con Delhi 2025, where fans can immerse themselves at the Kinder Joy pop up, have a chance at exclusive giveaways, and get a first-hand look at the limited-edition collection.

INAUGURATION OF A NEW HAEMODIALYSIS MACHINE FOR THE REKHA MEMORIAL RENNY ABRAHAM AMBATTUR ROTARY TANKER DIALYSIS UNIT

  17 th  February 2024    TANKER Foundation runs 14 dialysis units, 11 in Chennai and one each in Madurai, Vellore and Tiruppur.  The Ambattur dialysis unit is supported by the Ambattur Rotary Club and Hospital, the CMCHIS and many valuable donors.    M/s. Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Ltd have donated 1 dialysis machine and 3 defibrillators. The machine was inaugurated by   Mr. Clement Williams, Senior Vice President- FIG   and  Mr. Pawan Soni ,Chief Manager - CSR   . Mr Williams said that he had first hand experience with kidney disease and was very appreciative of the TANKER Team work. 31st TANKER Annual Charity and Awards Nite 2024

TANKER Foundation celebrated its 31st Annual Charity and Awards Nite on Thursday, 25th January 2024 at Hotel Savera, RK Salai, Chennai. The event was a live streaming programme. The programme began with The Mr. Venkatesan & Mrs. Malathi Venkatesan TANKER Foundation Memorial Lecture which was delivered by Ms. Shanthi Rajmohan, a brave warrior and a person who is on CAPD for a long term (20+ years). Ms. Shanthi Rajmohan shared her experiences and several heart-warming stories about her life   and her uphill struggle with her health. She has been on CAPD (Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis) for over 20 years. Dr. Georgi Abraham, Founder Trustee, TANKER Foundation welcomed the gathering and said that the incidence of kidney disease was on the increase and that more awareness had to be created about this terrible disease.
