LAVA INTRODUCES OFFLINE FIRST SERIES WITH AURA CURVE 5G AT INR 23,999

Designed exclusively for the offline market, the series debuts with the Aura Curve 5G. Powered by a MediaTek processor and Lava’s in-house Vayu AI, the device is a wholesome package featuring a vegan leather back, an immersive curved AMOLED display, a rear mini screen and a 6000mAh battery.

The Aura Curve 5G will be priced at INR 23,999 and is available through Lava’s offline retail network across India.

The Aura Curve 5G sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ 3D Curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,100 nits peak brightness and 1920Hz PWM dimming. A rear mini screen lets users check notifications, control music, view battery status and show custom messages. It comes in Ambar Blue and Him Silver colour options with Premium Vegan Leather Back finishes. A 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 7100 octa-core processor with an AnTuTu score of over 800,000 is paired with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM, expandable by up to 6GB virtual RAM.

A 6000mAh battery delivers up to 720 hours of standby with 45W fast charging support and a 33W charger in the box. The 50MP Sony IMX752 sensor with EIS and 2K video recording is complemented by Night Mode, Pro Video, Dual-View Video, Motion Photo and Sports Mode, while a 13MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

The device runs a clean Android 16 experience free of pre-installed apps and ads, backed by 2 years of OS upgrades and 3 years of security updates. Lava’s in-house Vayu AI makes intelligent features accessible, while an IR blaster turns the phone into a remote for TVs and air conditioners.

On August 27, 2026, the Anglo-Indian Suburban Front and Anglos In The Wind convened a meeting for the Anglo-Indian community at the Don Bosco Shrine Hall in Ayanavaram, Chennai.
