LAVA VIRAT V1 5G NOW AVAILABLE IN 128GB VARIANT AT INR 14,499

Lava International Limited, India’s leading homegrown smartphone brand, announced the launch of a new 128GB storage variant of the Lava Virat V1 5G. Following the success of the online-first Virat Series, launched in partnership with Flipkart last month, the brand has introduced this new variant to offer consumers greater storage flexibility while retaining the smartphone’s core proposition of dependable performance, clean stock Android and durable design.

Built ground-up for online-first buyers, the Lava Virat series represents the company’s focus on India’s growing digital-first consumer base. The series brings together Lava’s Made-in-India product expertise with Flipkart’s digital and on-ground reach, making dependable performance, clean Android and durable design more accessible to India’s online-first consumers.

The smartphone is priced at INR 14,499 and will go on sale starting 2nd September, 2026, 12PM on Flipkart and Lava website.

The smartphone comes with a 17.13 cm (6.75") HD+ Display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering a smooth and immersive viewing experience tailored for media consumption and daily multitasking. The smartphone will be available in Arya Blue and Sonar Gold colour options.

Powered by the UNISOC T8200 processor, the smartphone comes equipped with 4GB RAM (expandable with up to 4GB additional virtual RAM) paired with the newly introduced 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 1TB). To ensure uninterrupted usage, the device is backed by a massive 6000mAh battery.
