Asarkana Pedestrian subway will be changed to allow two-wheelers and auto traffic

Asarkana Pedestrian sub way to cross the GST Road is going to be converted into a two wheeler and auto cross subway. This will help thousands. Commuters to enter GST road NH45 on the left side opposite to Alandur Metro so that avoid detour of having to travel 2 km to take RIGHT TURN.   Honorable Minister for MSME Mr. T.M. Anbarasan is participated in the boomi pooja along with SE Highways. Alandur Chairman N Chandran Federation of Nanganallur welfare Association represented by Chandra Bose, Kumaravelu and Traffic and Transportation Exnora represented by V Rama Rao and V Subramani.

Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Ltd have donated 1 dialysis machine and 3 defibrillators. The machine was inaugurated by   Mr. Clement Williams, Senior Vice President- FIG   and  Mr. Pawan Soni ,Chief Manager - CSR   . The key takeaways for people at the CME programme held Sunday November 26, 2023, with the theme ‘Kidney Health for All’ were exercise and diet, awareness, screening and timely check-ups to prevent chronic kidney disease (CKD).   Participating as the Chief Guest, Tamil Nadu Health Secretary, Mr. Gagandeep Singh Bedi, IAS, laid stress on the fact that kidney disease was increasing and there was a need for addressing the issue. He drew attention to the fact that the Tamil Nadu government scheme, ‘Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam’, (Taking Healthcare to People), checked 1 crore people for sugar and BP and the number of new cases was alarming. These are the two major reasons for kidney disease, diabetes and hypertension and so he advised eating the right kind of food, doing regular exercise and creating awareness and screening. TANKER 32nd Annual Charity and Awards Nite Celebrates Success

TANKER Foundation held its 32nd Annual Charity and Awards Nite on January 27, 2025, at Hotel Savera, RK Salai, Chennai.The program started with the Mr. Venkatesan & Mrs. Malathi Venkatesan TANKER Foundation Memorial Lecture by Mr. V. Gururajan, a 32-year post transplant survivor. He shared his personal journey, including his brother's decision to donate a kidney to him and the support he received from family and friends. He discussed how he maintains his health through diet, exercise, yoga, and meditation.
