A. J. Hariharan appreciated and honored for supporting senior citizen welfare

World Alzheimer’s Day, observed annually on the 21st of September, serves as an opportunity for us to unite, elevate awareness, and dismantle the stigma surrounding Alzheimer’s and dementia. For numerous families, dementia represents not only a health concern but also an emotional and social struggle. Through this observance, we aspire to disseminate knowledge, engage with the community, and pay tribute to those who have upheld the dignity and well-being of our elderly population.

Proposed Activity – Recognition:

We will be recognizing individuals, organizations, institutions, colleges, and sponsors who have provided their invaluable support to senior citizens. As a gesture of appreciation, each recipient will be presented with a sapling, adorned in gift wrapping and fastened with a purple satin ribbon—symbolizing compassion, hope, and growth.

On this momentous occasion, Chennai, Dignity Foundation. honored Mr. A. J. Hariharan, Secretary of ICWO – Indian Community Welfare Organisation, for his steadfast commitment and ongoing support for the welfare of senior citizens.
