Airtel's Xtelify enhances digital transformation for businesses
Xtelify, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, has launched a telco-grade cloud platform called ‘Airtel Cloud’.
This platform can handle a high volume of transactions for Airtel and is designed for businesses in India. It offers secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions with no vendor lock-ins and is managed by certified experts. Xtelify also unveiled an AI-driven software platform aimed at improving the efficiency and customer experiences of telecom companies worldwide.Xtelify signed partnerships with three global companies. The first partnership with Singtel focuses on deploying ‘Xtelify Work’, which enhances Singtel’s field teams in Singapore with AI capabilities for better productivity. The second partnership with Globe Telecom will introduce ‘Xtelify Serve’, an AI-powered customer service platform in the Philippines that aims to improve customer experiences and streamline operations. The third partnership with Airtel Africa involves providing software solutions that will aid their large field team across multiple countries in Africa, enabling enhanced customer engagement and protection against spam and fraud.

significance of these advancements for Airtel’s services and customer
experiences, highlighting the ability of Airtel Cloud to run applications
efficiently and securely within India. Singtel’s CEO noted that the new
platform will help improve workflows and customer service while reducing
environmental impact. Globe Telecom’s CEO emphasized the partnership’s role in
enhancing customer experiences and addressing concerns more effectively. Airtel
Africa’s Chief Information Officer recognized Xtelify as a vital technology
partner in delivering digital advancements across the continent.
