Godrej Breakthrough Innovations in Material Handling Equipment
Material Handling Equipment business of Godrej & Boyce, part of the Godrej Enterprises Group, is set to showcase its latest innovations at LogiMAT India 2025, taking place from February 13 to 15 in Mumbai. This trade fair is important for intralogistics and process management and highlights the company's leadership in the material handling sector, where it holds over a 20 percent market share.
In line with the 'Make in India' initiative, Godrej
continues to create innovative and local solutions that greatly support the
country’s industrial growth. With a strong presence throughout India, Godrej
plays a vital role in updating warehousing and manufacturing operations,
offering advanced solutions tailored to the needs of growing industries.
Key exhibits include India’s first locally made
lithium-ion battery-powered forklift with a proprietary Battery Management
System, emphasizing sustainable solutions. The company will also present a
vehicle monitoring system that provides real-time performance insights and can
generate preventive maintenance alerts, eventually leading to predictive
maintenance features. Additionally, the Very Narrow Aisle articulated forklift
will be shown, which can reach heights of 12. 5 meters in aisles just 2 meters
wide, increasing pallet locations significantly.
Godrej is the sole Indian manufacturer of a reach
truck designed for operator comfort and safety, suitable for factory-led
warehouses. Moreover, the company will display an indigenously developed
3-wheel counterbalance forklift featuring wet disc brakes, enhancing operator
safety and comfort.

Head, stated that sustainability is central to their strategy, focusing on
energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprints. Godrej aims to support
various sectors like retail, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and cold chain
logistics with advanced material handling solutions.
LogiMAT India 2025 will highlight Godrej Enterprises Group’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, with its stall located in Hall 4, stall number B-20. Visitors can expect to see a variety of cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.
