New Dialysis Machine donated by M/s. Client Network Services India Pvt Ltd inaugurated
TANKER (Tamilnad Kidney Research) Foundation is a registered non-profit charitable Organization started in June 1993 with the aim of helping under-privileged patients with kidney disease by giving Subsidized Dialysis and one time financial help for medication, investigation and transplantation and spread awareness about kidney disease. TANKER runs 11 dialysis units, 8 in Chennai and one each in Madurai, Vellore and Tiruppur. The Ambattur unit is supported by the Ambattur Rotary Club and other valuable donors.
On 18th June 2022, New Dialysis Machine donated by
M/s. Client Network Services India Pvt Ltd and was inaugurated by Ms. Shilpa
Bidathanapalli, Vice President HR, CNSI Pvt Ltd. The Guests of Honour were Ms. Reshma Iqbal,
Ms. Tania Vanderveen and Mr. Robin Kurianjacob.
Dr. Georgi Abraham, Founder Trustee, welcomed the
donors and said that this generous contribution would help more patients in and
around the Ambattur area. He also stressed that awareness and early detection
were very important to fight kidney disease and requested CNSI to support
TANKER's endeavour to reach out to more people.

Foundation gave an update about TANKER Foundation saying that the Foundation
had done 4.9 Lakh dialysis so far and given over Rs.3.58 crores for medication
and investigations for the needy. She also said that TANKER had created
awareness for over 1.8 Lakh people and
screened over 35000 people for early detection of kidney disease and that the
staff of TANKER were the Angels on Earth who worked continuously during the
pandemic with dedication and commitment.
Ms.Shilpa of CNSI Pvt Ltd greatly appreciated the
work that TANKER was doing and said that they would help further with software
support and awareness. Mr.K V Balachandar and Mrs.Sudha Lakshmi Rao, Advisory
members TANKER Foundation also spoke at the function.
